We took various measures and added new features to our software. In this way you can still work efficiently and save valuable time, even with the new legislation.
Salonized lets you create digital forms that your customers can sign digitally to provide their consent. With this feature you don't need to keep track of paper or files anymore. Using the same simple solution, you can also create digital treatment reports and intake forms during an appointment.
Have you updated your virus scanner? Did you lock the cabinet with your customer files? These are all legitimate concerns. At Salonized, all your data will be saved at secured servers. This means that your information, as well as customers appointments, are secured in a "https" server. Have more questions or concerns? We also provide you with a processor agreement in which you can exactly read which safety measures we have taken.
Do you regularly send newsletters in which you keep your customers? GDPR requires you to ask for explicit permission to send a newsletter. Using our salon software, customers can easily give their permission when they schedule an online appointment. Of course, if your customers wish so, they can always unsubscribe again. This ensures that you send your newsletter to the right people.
"Save in the cloud" suggests location independency. But this is not entirely true! All (customer) data, which you save within Salonized, is secured at renowned hosting parties within the EU.
